About the event
The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches participants how to provide initial support to another adult who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
Learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.

Tony is a Principal Master Instructor - He is all about creating fun, engaging and interactive learning environments that encourage participants to feel connected, valued and inspired.Â
Tony has been facilitating MHFA courses for many years and is a highly experienced facilitator.Â
Tony also runs, Mental Health Workshops, Resilience First Aid, and Physical First Aid workshops throughout Australia and internationally on demand.
This is an education course, to learn how to give first aid to others, and is not a therapy or support group.
