Neurodiversity Training

Build understanding. Reduce stigma. Create workplaces where every brain thrives.

First Aid and Fire together with Thrive empower workplaces, educators and community organisations to build inclusive, supportive environments for neurodivergent people.

The Thrive Training packages blend evidence-based knowledge with practical, real-world strategies, helping teams better understand, communicate with and support individuals who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or otherwise neurodivergent.

This programs are designed to increase confidence, reduce misunderstandings, and promote environments where neurodivergent people can work, learn and thrive.
