The Thrive Training packages blend evidence-based knowledge with practical, real-world strategies, helping teams better understand, communicate with and support individuals who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or otherwise neurodivergent.
This programs are designed to increase confidence, reduce misunderstandings, and promote environments where neurodivergent people can work, learn and thrive.
What Is Neurodiversity Training?
Neurodiversity describes the natural variation in the way human brains think, learn, and process information.
Our training helps participants:

This 4.5 hour workshop is designed for anyone that wants to become a Neurodiversity Champion – someone who wants to educate and change the way that neurodiversity is viewed in your company or organisation.
Neurodiversity In The Workplace training is CPD-certified and equips you with the tools to recognise and unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent in your business.
Managers Worshop
We understand the challenges managers can experience working within a neurodiverse team, so this 8 hour workshop builds on the Champions Workshop and is specifically tailored for team managers.
