HLTAID016 Manage first aid services and resources
Why this course matters
Someone has to make sure the first aid kit is actually stocked, the right staff are trained, and there's a plan in place before an emergency happens — not during one. HLTAID016 is for that person. It's a step removed from hands-on response, focused instead on the planning, risk assessment, and resource management that makes sure a workplace first aid response actually works when it's needed.
