HLTAID016 Manage first aid services and resources

Why this course matters

Someone has to make sure the first aid kit is actually stocked, the right staff are trained, and there's a plan in place before an emergency happens — not during one. HLTAID016 is for that person. It's a step removed from hands-on response, focused instead on the planning, risk assessment, and resource management that makes sure a workplace first aid response actually works when it's needed.

About this course

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to establish, maintain, and facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in the workplace.
