This includes calling for help, the ability to respond to first aid situations, casualty assessment, decision making and basic life support functions including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). This course covers adult and child conditions.

This course is recommended for those in charge of first aid in a workplace.

The course comprises practical training plus face-to-face training hours.

There are no pre-requisites for this course. Students must be at least 14 years of age at the time of attendance.

Important note: In order to issue an accredited certificate CPR must be performed on the floor with no exemptions.
